AGI One is the public product brand for the Hugging Monkey desktop agent on macOS. These terms cover your purchase and use of the software. Short version: you are buying a license to use the app, the AI providers are separate, and an agent that operates your computer deserves your attention while it works.
Hugging Monkey Pro is a paid license to install and use the Hugging Monkey desktop application on Apple silicon Macs that you own or control, for a one-time payment. The purchase is a software license, not a sale of source code and not a transfer of any intellectual property. The license includes updates for the current major version.
Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Their checkout terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
Hugging Monkey works with AI models through your own API keys (for example OpenAI and Anthropic). Those services are provided by their vendors under their own terms. API usage fees are yours and are paid by you directly to the providers — they are not included in the Hugging Monkey purchase price. Provider pricing, availability, rate limits, and outages are outside our control.
The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent applicable law allows such limits. To the same extent, our total liability for claims relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms for future use.
