Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-09-06
If AGI-1 / AGI-1 does not work for you, we would rather help quickly or
review an eligible purchase than leave you stuck.
The policy
- The first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
- You may request a refund review within 14 days of any monthly charge collected
by Polar, including the first charge after the trial.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong — mainly so we can fix it for others; a refund does not
depend on the reason being "good enough".
- Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment route where supported.
Processing typically takes a few business days after approval.
- Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals immediately; it does not by itself refund
the current period. Ask us if you believe the current charge should be reviewed.
Before you ask — two common fixable issues
- AGI-1 requires your own OpenAI API Key. OpenAI usage charges are separate and
must be handled with OpenAI; if setup is the problem, support can help.
- macOS Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions must be granted for computer control
to work; a restart of the app after granting is sometimes needed.
What this policy does not limit
Statutory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
Where a payment provider grants you additional rights, those apply too.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the address you used for AGI-1, with
your Polar receipt ID if you have it. Never include an API key.
